Looks like "open prison"...
The corruption of the politicians and Hamas is what destroyed both the land and the people...the idea that violence and aggression is the only way to deal with Israel...
With their begging for money skills they could have raised enough to build a Dubai there

Here’s the cold hard truth about this bullsh*t talking point. In July 2023 57% of Gazans had a favorable view of Hamas. And as video evidence points out, civilians were more than complicit in the Oct. 7 attacks. This includes looting Israeli villages and spitting on Israeli corpses as they were paraded through Gaza. And if you think Hamas wasn’t just as radical when they were elected as they are now take this from their charter. “Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it" Does every Gazan support Hamas? Of course not. But to act like there is a massive contingent of Jew lovers in the Strip is asinine on its face.

The crime of Apartheid as defined by the Rome statute. Citizenship is not a criteria for a crime of apartheid to happen.

The crime of apartheid is defined by the 2002 Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court as inhumane acts of a character similar to other crimes against humanity "committed in the context of an institutionalized regime of systematic oppression and domination by one racial group over any other racial group or groups and committed with the intention of maintaining that regime".

[/QUOTE]
Let them come up with a new name, because it is not apartheid. From a black man who lived in apartheid S. Africa.

Having lived through the apartheid years in South Africa, Meshoe, who is now 68, said: “Those who know what real apartheid is, as I do, know that there is nothing in Israel that looks like apartheid. Calling it such is an empty political statement that does not hold any truth. In Israel, you see people of different colors, backgrounds and religions interacting with each other every day. The BDS movement is a real pain. It is not a democratic movement but a movement of intimidation.”
Kenneth Meshoe

Israeli laws are also based on ethnicity or race, as it regards the Palestinians,
Are these Palestinian Israeli citizens? Or are you referring to non-Israeli citizens? If it's the former, please cite those laws. If it's the latter, it's not apartheid.

Are there any countries that allow non-citizens to vote in that country's elections?

your comment is fair. I have been a quiet reader, like to see the reviews but somehow saw the continuous lies spread and felt compelled to contribute. That is def NOT what i had in mind when i visited terb but you are right, i never contributed to this forum like many of you have...
You have proved the point I made to Fringefooter. He is trying to influence people to agree with his cause, but not only is he failing miserable at that, he is actually turning more people and voices against him.

People hate racists.

Meanwhile
It's not how many friends you have, it's which ones.

A classic example of quality over quantity.

I wonder if Fringefooter or Kautilya are asking all those EU countries for proof of the use of human shields. 😂 😂

You can be 100% sure that those nations have seen proof before making such a declaration.

These guys lose more than trump.

The crime of apartheid is defined by international law. That is the standard. Per international law, Israel is an apartheid state. I posted a link to an entire PDF earlier.

Some South African politician, who lived through apartheid in South Africa and his opinions on whether or not he considers things in Israel to be apartheid, is irrelevant.
How is Israel an Apartheid state when every citizen is allowed to vote....They left Gaza to Hamas since most Gazans want to be separated...just like West Bank...

NOPE. S. Africa invented it, set the terms and as such defined it. Find another name for it.

How can you realistically claim that somebody who lived through the actual apartheid era has irrelevant views?

In that case the views of Gazans living through this time are irrelevant.

Your arguments are getting weaker and more ludicrous each day. Clearly you realize that you are losing the debate and you are desperate.

I have said this a million times. The crime of Apartheid is defined by international law. Not South Africa. International law is the standard.

Apartheid has nothing to do with citizenship.

Again international law is the standard.

EU and North America will tag along where they go. It means nothing.

However that said, Hamas may very well be using Human Shields. And that would be a war crime. It would also be a war crime, to kill human shields.

I provided you with the citation you asked for from IHL, Article 51. Go read it. Hamas' war crimes, do not absolve Israel of adhering to international law (which is also international law, not my statement. It is infact the last point in Article 51) and the fact that they do not is a war crime.
As long as IDF can do its job, “international law” is irrelevant
