The US essentially invented the UN in an attempt to TEACH wayward and benighted nations (like Algeria, a major pirate nation only recently past its own civil war and implementation of a new constitution) how to conduct themselves in a way that respected sustainable conventions.
They are still trying to teach this lesson, but obviously they still haven't got very far. Only the most hopeful nation on earth (the US) would have the patience not to declare the UN a failure and dismantle it.
To answer the speaker's attempt at rhetorical questions, it is not enough until Hamas is defeated and relinquishes control over Gaza. When that happens, it will be enough.

You are complicit in all the deaths in gaza as you want them to keep fighting instead of a Hamas surrender which would stop things. You don't want the hostages returned so the fighting can continue. You've been waiting for a ceasefire for over a year. How many have died in that time while you cheerily look on? You've known all along that a ceasefire will take a long time. You knew thousands would die waiting and waiting. You don't give a shit. You love the way Hamas uses the Gazans as pawns and human shields.
