As well as transfer any patients to real israeli care. Aid will now probably be allowed into the south fully.

And the IDF will systematically demolish every shred of Hamas. People, bunkers, tunnels, stocked supplies, all of it. They will shut off the air circulation in the tunnels to drive them out. And either capture or kill them. Those that don't get buried alive by munitions.
