It is! I agree there are better places in Pickering/Scarborough but if you have only 45 minutes or so to get a massage, you don't have the time to go there. No shower in the room. I think it is a licensing requirement for MPs to have a shower on premise so there probably was one but I didn't ask.

Re: community standard So couldn't the defence attorny have a reputable polling organization perform a survey using questions relevant to the case and present the results to the judge? Assuming off course that the results are favourable. I don't know how much it will cost but a men's rights...

This is an old rumour. I read about this kind of plans right after the American attack on Afghanistan. I also think that (even if it was a good idea) the probability that something like this could come about is extremely low. It is possible though that the Russians might be spreading this rumour...

What I would like to know, how do judges determine: 1. "standards of tolerance in the community"/"what the community would tolerate"; or 2. "the degree of harm that may flow from such exposure?" Do they survey the community or do they rely on experts or opinions of peers etc.?

I didn't think I would have to answer this question one day otherwise I would have timed it. All I can say is that it didn't last very long, matter of seconds rather than minutes.

Its a very good idea IMO. The lounge is an omniubus category and as such is very broad. For members like me who do not want to sift through pages and pages of Lounge search results to find a few (but important to me) threads on investment ideas/news, an investment forum makes a lot of sense...
