Purchasing sexual services and communicating in any place for that purpose is now a criminal offence for the first time in Canadian criminal law. A person convicted of this new offence may be sentenced to up to 5 years imprisonment if prosecuted on indictment, and 18 months if prosecuted by summary conviction.
From my vantage point, you would have a lower court forcing a person to commit an illegal act. (Yes, he is a cad) If I promised that I would rob a bank if you cleaned my car but did not follow through with the robbery, could a court order me to rob the bank because I had made a verbal promise ? Does contracts 101 bind anyone to commit an illegal act ?
I'm just another guy in the peanut gallery here but the actual demon here is Bill-36. If sex services were treated as a legitimate business / transaction, these problems would be much easier to solve and slimeballs less emboldened to try to take advantage of providers.

Fishing was great today thanks. My GF caught a nice 4 1/2lb bass. Only fish of the day but a great way to start the season.

Catch and release. We were fishing for pan fish and oopppsss…. LOL. Actually we were just testing the boat since we launched it yesterday. So testing the finder, motor and trolling motor, etc. We were using plastic grubs for pan fish. Didn’t catch any. We were only out for 30 mins but she caught it.Is bass season open?
I’m kinda glad happen it did though. She has never caught a fish like that. Her excitement was amazing. She will remember this for life and I was glad that she was able to have that experience.
Her first fishing license and her real fish! I have her hooked now. Which is my secret evil pan. Convert all my GFs into anglers since I can’t go with guys on the big fishing trips. LOL.

Just make it legal.
It enures that dickheads don't think they can do this to sex workers and get away with it because they think that nothing will happen to them. The work is illegal, but being treated as a human being is still protected.

In Canada at least, with all the downloading from Napster back in the day... It wasn't illegal to download shit, what they made illegal was the act of allowing ppl to upload content from you. I may be wrong on that, but that's what I recall being done.
