From what I understand of the current laws all an escort has to do is call the police and say that you paid for sex and that would be enough to have you charged. You don't have to steal or physically harm them, you could have a very good session but because you paid for illegal services your ass can go to jail regardless of the circumstances.
This is the basis why I bother to reply in this thread. It's he said she said. They can simply say you didn't pay them and they have the power to accuse you of being a rapist. Police will agree with them and charge you and publicly name you.

Where's the proof?
The cops can easily find proof and build a case. Was your phone in the area? Were you on video surveillance of the hotel or condo building? If you have a good lawyer I guess you could argue what happened after you entered the room but honestly, it's too far gone at that point. I don't think they would go through all of that unless it was something really egregious, rape, homicide - in this case, the dude did this repeatedly and committed other frauds. But technically under the law, we are all committing a crime if you visit an escort.

I'm not defending the law, it's a really stupid dumb law that only a feminist woke government would pass - which by the way does nothing to protect women because it only discourages clients from reporting abuse and human trafficking. It's similar to the Ghomeshi trial in that his defense did everything by the book, but because it returned a non-guilty verdict they had to change the laws so that a defendant accused of rape now has to disclose his defense and has to prove their innocence, which is totally absurd.

It's one of the reasons why I only see agency ladies now, the risk is too great to frequent leolist and independent ladies unless they are known providers or they use to work for an agency. It's not worth taking that risk anymore, not to mention gen z pimps and hoes don't give a fuck and they would rather extort you for money than have repeat customers.

Agree 100% Yes to reputable agencies and independents.
The rest is garbage. Many negative reviews have been shared.

Unless they have me on video paying, it's all just a coincidence.

It's annoying as fuck when people don't post links. It's easier to post it for everyone to see since you went back to look at the number, "copy, paste".

If you dont like it, then dont fucking read it. You post a link and complain. Take a cold shower and cool off
You go so riled up you screwed up the quote huh? lol
If you're going to post a comment, post the link so it's more complete, don't be thoughtless and lazy. No surprise you empathize with John who didn't pay.

Name me another product or service where this is true. How can it be legal to sell but not to buy something? That's basically entrapment. If you can sell it, I can buy it. Otherwise there is no legal market
As I am not a lawyer and cannot discern the legitimacy of opinions offered here - I referred to the actual : Prostitution Criminal Law Reform: Bill C-36

This convoluted Harper attack on individual freedoms actually does what you state : An individual can sell sexual services but now the purchase of those services is illegal:

Purchasing sexual services and communicating in any place for that purpose is now a criminal offence for the first time in Canadian criminal law. A person convicted of this new offence may be sentenced to up to 5 years imprisonment if prosecuted on indictment, and 18 months if prosecuted by summary conviction.

From my vantage point, you would have a lower court forcing a person to commit an illegal act. (Yes, he is a cad) If I promised that I would rob a bank if you cleaned my car but did not follow through with the robbery, could a court order me to rob the bank because I had made a verbal promise ? Does contracts 101 bind anyone to commit an illegal act ?

I'm just another guy in the peanut gallery here but the actual demon here is Bill-36. If sex services were treated as a legitimate business / transaction, these problems would be much easier to solve and slimeballs less emboldened to try to take advantage of providers.

Fishing was great today thanks. My GF caught a nice 4 1/2lb bass. Only fish of the day but a great way to start the season.

It is so nice to see people on TERB care about my fishing adventures.
