Men are the greatest beneficiaries of the liberation of women.
Thanks to the influence of feminism a woman today can sleep
around with as many men as she wants without feeling like she
is used good. In the 19th century most men were stuck with their
wives as the one and only sex partner of a lifetime. Today free
sex is easily accessible to high school teens. By the end of their
college years an average gal would have opened up her legs to
20 different guys. No men in his right mind would complain
about feminism.

I think men benefitted the most from feminism in the 60s and 70s. The pill was out but women were for the most part still economically dependent on men.
The older boomer men and the men just a bit older than them could dip down into a massive group of boomer women.
