Mask bylaws in Ontario started anywhere sometime in June or July depending on the regions people were in, but masks have been widely used across Canada specially in Ontario since February.

In the summer there was absolutely nowhere near a 100% of people not wearing masks, the exact opposite is true as masks mandates happened in June and July across Ontario and most people have been wearing masks since Fabruary or March well off course minus the few COVIDIOTS

Who wears masks at home? As i quoted:

So all it takes for infections to rise is people spending more time indoors. Have people been doing that? With the start of the NFL season were more people staying home to watch the games?
