since every game was tied 2 to 2 at one point I would expect game 4 to be 2 to 2 and then ...

I have got a kick out of watching Blue Jay road games from Seattle in the past few years. At times it actually sounded like a Jays home game. Not only do Jays fans from B.C. go, but Jays fans from Alberta and Saskatchewan also attend. I think the Seattle organization was quite embarassed by it.
On the topic of Embarrassing, how must the Vancouver Canucks feel watching the Seattle Kraken just 3 hours south of them possibly going to the Conference Final in just their Second year of existence ? The Vancouver Canucks have existed for 53 seasons and all they have to show for that are 3 Stanley Cup Final appearances with Zip championships. And Seattle is flirting with a Conference Final appearance in just their second season.
Now that is Truly embarrassing for Vancouver and disgusting.

So much negativity on the Fan590 about this team today.

Expectations are extremely low....Have to believe that with the talent level that they have they will win tonight.

But that's a lot of pressure to put on a rookie goaltender isn't it?

This whole organization is on the brink of a major upheaval....

Look.... the NHL Expansion Draft rules were flipped on their head in 2017 to justify the cost the league imposed on the Golden Knights to enter the league, and the new draft rules ensured success right off the hop. The goal was to not create another brand new franchise that struggles for years as was usually the case, and for Vegas to create success in their new market immediately.

The Golden Knights became the most successful first-year franchise in league history and reached the Stanley Cup Final their first year of existence.

The Seattle Kraken had the same advantage and are now showing great success as a second-year club.

The Vancouver Canucks did not have the advantage of the current expansion draft rules.

If the Toronto Maple Leafs had been in the Stanley Cup Final in 1982, 1994 and 2011 like the Canucks were, it would not be viewed as "embarrassing and disgusting".
The CBC, TSN and Sportsnet staff were doing backflips when the Leafs won a single playoff round last week.

The Leafs narrowly escaped elimination by beating the Panthers 2:1. Marner and NYlander each scored a goal. Still no goals by Matthews and Tavares. Back to Toronto for next game. Wish them luck. Regardless, I hope they get rid of Sheldon Keefe Kyle Dubas.

Joseph Woll should be given a big salary increase. If Matthews, Tavares, Sheldon Keefe and Kyle Dubas are all paid big bucks for lousy performance, Joseph Woll should be given at least a few million bucks and be made the main goalie. Forget Matt Murray.

I like how Woll played tonight. He’s calm, didn’t give out juicy rebounds and flop around like Samsonov tends to do. With that said, the Leafs played a near perfect defensive game and made it easy for him. He will stay in net till the end of this series. He may even be the Leafs‘ starting goalie next season.

As the plaque at Wimbledon says, "pressure is a privilege", Joseph Woll should embrace it.

Dubas has drafted a goaltender in higher rounds almost every draft, there are now five in the system. They can't all be Marty Scrofa, one of them MAY be Marty Brodeur.

Someone pulled my gunnysack, I was told that Keefe would start Matt Murray. Why would he be in a hurry to get fired? Enough with the worn out retreads, let the young goalies play.

Ken Dryden, Patrick Roy and Cam Ward all won the Stanley Cup as rookies, Martin Brodeur and Jordan Billington were sophomores.

Almost shit my pants laughing when Slick Willy was floating around aimlessly in the high slot, avoiding any potential for physical contact with an opposing player as usual, and was gifted a goal right on his stick from the puck unexpectedly rebounding out of the corner off the referee's knee. Never a better comedy script has been written. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

To be fair, that flaming Sherwood up his ass appears to still be smoldering away as his game seems to have picked up a tad of late. Not a lot, but still recognizable. 👏

At one time, the Habs had 4 future HOF goalies in their system. A team can never have too many good goalies.

And they traded away 2 of them. They kept (at that point) the worst one, Gump, and traded the best one, Tony Esposito, after playing 13 games.
