They definitely deserve to be lumped together. Not much difference. 30 years or 50 years, they're both embarrassing. How can it be possible, for the two founding clubs, storied franchises with over 30 Cups devolve into unrelenting mediocrity?

Matthews "no trade" clause kicks in July 1st this year (Dubas was very generous that way with his RFA's), so if they can't sign and extend Matthews' contract before July 2023 they might consider trading him before that date, otherwise they risk his just walking away after next year and getting nothing back in return.AM34 has one.
You're too harsh.Leaf Jerseys will be on sale sometime this week.
He was pissed because 3rd goal of Seatle should have never happened. Just 5 second earlier there was a stick in the face of a Oilers player. The ref was right there and did not called it! I can't fucking believe it.Kane cross check with one second left in the period. . Give me a f'n break !![]()
The writing is on the wall - this team is exceptionally unlikely to make it out of R2 barring a modern-day miracle. That said, this is Keefe's fourth year as coach. Consistently getting the most out of the talent he's given, and outcoaching opposing coaches in real time is his mandate. He's a failure on both counts. On that basis, I can't see any really compelling reason he should stay. The team's performance, consistency and overall success is not significantly better than when he started, and this post season he was provided what was considered by management as upgrades that he was supposed to leverage to help this team move not only beyond the first round, but deep into the later rounds. He simply hasn't got the job done. Everyone knows Dubas' story. I'd be very surprised if they offered him anything more than another low-ball, short term offer. Easy out for the Leafs and Dubas himself...win-win politically and PR-wise. After that, with new people in the captain's chair I would expect the necessary trades will begin.Time to let go ...the GM, and the Head Coach. They will be eliminated next game....Enough is enough.
That sequence was my "TSN Turning Point" of the game . . UGH !He was pissed because 3rd goal of Seatle should have never happened. Just 5 second earlier there was a stick in the face of a Oilers player. The ref was right there and did not called it! I can't fucking believe it.
Is there some kind of curse to make sure no Canadian team makes it to the final?
Winning, and inspiring strong confidence you will keep winning makes all the difference.Just three weeks ago most betting sites had Florida first to bow out of the playoffs, now they are predicted to win the cup. Go figure . . .![]()
yip, its call shitty and pretend to be blind referees in making a difference on the outcome of a game.He was pissed because 3rd goal of Seatle should have never happened. Florida = confidence, Leafs = total doubt since GM 1Winning, and inspiring strong confidence you will keep winning makes all the difference.

No one should pay too much attention to the stats posted above each player's stall, particularly the +/- stats. They are simply not representative of how well these guys are actually playing, right? Right? LMFAO!
