I'm surprised Wenel Clark never did that.
He probably did but the NHL didn't record HITS as stats back then.
I'm surprised Wenel Clark never did that.
I love his play. He is our current day Bill Barber but with more physicality. I believe he is a restricted free agent. This is a guy that the Leafs need to secure for at least a 5 or 6 year contract. His offensive skills my not necessarily old up but for sure his physical dominance will not wain. Right now he is the prototypical power forward as per Barber, Ken Hodge, Wayne Cashman, Eric Stahl and Clarke Gillies.Crazy stat line, Matthew Knies is the first Leaf to score 25 goals and have 150 hits or more in a season.
Dewar has been outperforming Laughton since the trade deadline.Right now Laughton 24 looks like the former 24 Dewar.
Yes, but he had a grand total of zero goals in 31 games with the Leafs this season.Dewar has been outperforming Laughton since the trade deadline.
Those are HHOF numbers.
Days of Barber Clarke Hextall Propp Poulin Kerr Howe McCrimmon are long gone.I thought I saw the ghost of Borje Salming.
The Flyers have become too pathetic to hate.
I hold grudges. I still hate the Broons for their goon teams of '68 onwards.Days of Barber Clarke Hextall Propp Poulin Kerr Howe McCrimmon are long gone.
Decent, but not better. Why?? I think Berube is doing a decent job, so far!!!
That's really for the playoffs to decide.Decent, but not better.
Any bets on tonight?
Leafs 1 Sharks 3?
It was nice to see an original 12 matchup. That's the way they've gotta do it in the playoffs.
Keep it tight, goalie has to be good, and win the special teams PP and PK.
LA is one of the best home teams in the league this season so this is a good showing for them.
