I hope all the fans are respectful regarding all the anthems.

If the US wants respect, they need to show respect. The US threatened Canada with "annexation". All Canada does in retaliation is boo their anthem and their collective fragile self-esteem can't handle it. Personally, I hope the US anthem is booed and no one stands up for it.

I was worried before the game when I heard Freiman reporting that many of the Swedish players told him the Swede most motivated to play against Canada was Nylander.

Actually, Canada had too many men on the ice in OT. If the Canadian player didn't intercept that pass to Nyl;ander he wouldn't and should have had a breakaway.

I wish Marner could do that in playoff OT for the Leafs. Cracker of a shot to win it. Overall the game was meh until the 3 on 3 OT. As expected there was little to no bodychecking.

Sid the Kid is without a doubt one of the very best clutch hockey players. Dude just elevates his game when it matters the most.
