Too bad there is not a Team Russia and perhaps a team made up of all other nations (Germany, Slovaks, etc.).

My pick is the USA

Next year they should have North America vs Europe best of 5 series. Europe could include Russian players. Matthews and Marner are on the same line for NA.

Canada has the least touted goalies. Come on Montembeault made the team.

There is the possibility of a 3 way tie with 1 win each or 2 win each if the 4th team wins all 3 or loses all 3 in the round robin.
I like that they do 3 pts for regulation win and 2 for overtime/shootout. They should do this for the regular season. Makes all games worth 3 pts and incentive to push the win in regulation.

Just 7 games. One Wednesday and Thursday, two on Saturday and Monday, final the following Thursday. USA will get booed in games 1 & 2 in Montreal. I expect Canada will be booed after in Boston.

If the US wants respect, they need to show respect. The US threatened Canada with "annexation". All Canada does in retaliation is boo their anthem and their collective fragile self-esteem can't handle it. Personally, I hope the US anthem is booed and no one stands up for it.
