Hmm this one is unusually dumb indeed.
My somewhat recent weird encounter was a meet and greet (and ppm had been discussed and agreed to prior to it). I can’t help but wonder that a legitimate SB scam is the meet and greet payment.
I have met a few potentials that way and have kicked myself twice.
The dates were both very short and there was obviously zero interest from the start.
This behaviour can be repeated with multiple guys without consequence.

I have never paid since and will never pay again for an initial non sexual meet.

Legitimate interest in meeting because of a mutual desire in forming a true arrangement should never be paid. period.

Absolutely, particularly on Seeking. They are US based and need to keep up the illusion that it’s only a dating site so they are very strict. Any hint of a sex for money transaction could get them in serious trouble with the US feds.

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again, the Land of the Free are a bunch of puritans.

Never mention dollar figures, allowance or even the phrase PPM, they will get flagged and you (and most likely the girl you're communicating with) can get banned, sometimes within seconds of the offence.
