Hamas committed a massive terror attack against mainly civilian targets that not only derailed a continuing improvement in the opportunities for Gazans but started a war, all because Sinwar thinks dead Palestinians look good in pictures.
Israel arrests people engaged or suspected of violent acts. Hamas took hostages because they were in Israel.
