Never doubt Pete Walker.

It's so cool that Jays hr hitters get showered with rose petals as they high five their way through the dugout. Another line drive Hr for Vlady. I love the way Alejandro Kirk hustles on the basepath, he's becoming as beloved in TO as Lando Norris is to F1 Brit racing.

He's also a great actor.

Even more reason to like him now. His pinch hit single tonight sparked a thrilling come from behind victory. The Kirk legend keeps growing
As much as I'm a diehard Yankee fan. Watching the Jays and the exuberant youthful very talented team is just a delight.

Win or lose.

In the near future watch out. This team will one of the best teams in baseball.

Come back falls short tonight as Phelps implodes in extras.

Still an uber exiting team to watch.

Rays coming in short handed. Jays should wipe the floor with them talent wise.

But the Rays are the Rays. They somehow find ways of winning unspectacularly.

Mr. Phelps "Self Destructed"
Fuck'n Springer, why is he swinging for fences with runners on 2nd and 3rd with two outs, groundball would have at least tied the game.

Hope Kuchi doesn't start tonight, he's a lost cause.
Give ball to Maximo, he did great last time he pitched.

Does anyone know the batting average for Geurrero and Bichette with runners in scoring position?

Jays traditionally do poorly against the Rays.

Here are our regular hitters BA/OBP so far this season

Kirk .320/.413 (amazing)
Guerrero Jr. .266/.358 (room for improvement)
Gurriel .284/.338 (can't complain)
Springer .258/.334 (ideally want a leadoff OBP of .350 at least)
Espinal .268/.321 (recent slump has knocked his #'s down but I like this kids bat)
Chapman .226/.303 (can overlook due to his amazing defense)
Bichette .255/.299 (pitiful)

I have no faith in Guerrero in clutch situations ...too many at bats given away. Even Tuesday that was a bouncing ball if 2 feet to the right was a double play, Did I hear correctly that was only his second ever walk off hit? He spends too much time cheerleading. I want to be proven wrong.

Thanks for trying. It would help in terms of putting an individual's in perspective.

I suspect that whatever Bo and Guerrero's numbers are, they are better than they were at the end of May, when the Jays were last in the league in hitting with RISP. Not that they're great, but better than they were.

I don't believe that Sergio Romo is a wasted pick-up, he has three WS Rings, he may still have something to give.

I love watching Alejandro kirk run the bases, he reminds me of Devon White.

He reminds me more of Rickey Henderson. I truly believe A-Kirk could break Rickey's stolen base record.
