There's a lot of noise on this thread.

Can someone concisely, rationally, calmly and objectively explain when an abortion is justifiable?
In American states it is when the state legislature decides it is justifiable.

Your opening argument is the first fallacy. It’s not about “her body being destroyed”. It’s about her body. A woman should have the right to decide if she wants to have children. Full stop.
Didn't she have that right, when she had Sex? With all the birth control options available, both before and immediately after the act of intercourse, didn't she have ample opportunity to make that choice?
Why is it that she is absolved of having to accept responsibility for that choice? The father isn't. If she decides to have the baby, the father is automatically on the hook for child support, he has no say in the matter.

A Drunk Driver is not absolved of the responsibility that may result from making a bad choice. If we treated drunk drivers the way we treat aborting pregnancies, Drunk drivers would be walking free with out any repercussions after killing people on the road.

What Howard said was so fucking true. If men were the ones having babies, abortions would be routine and normal, they would be on every corner street.
No it wouldn't. Abortion is not a gender issue.

The focus is not on who is having the baby. The focus is on the baby.

If men were the ones having babies, the debate around abortion would be even more stark and violent.

I erred above

The vote was 5 to 4 with respect to overturning Roe with cheif justice John Roberts siding with the liberal side of the court, but in a 6-3 vote along party lines Roberts voted that Mississippi restricting abortion access was ok.

So if Ruth Bader Ginsberg had of just retired when Obama asked her to so he could appoint a liberal justice, none of this would be occurring.

And of course if Hilary Clinton had of been able to run a decent campaign and not deserved to lose, we would not be here either.

The Religious Right are just getting started. The more they deliver on their agenda the more private jets they'll own.

Kenneth Copeland has 9 already and wants more, Paula White (blonde with glasses) was The King of Kings special advisor.

Not really, if you consider women people.

But maybe that is the next shoe to drop from the Supreme Court:. Voting rights for women is returned to the states to decide." The Constitution does not explicitely say women has a right to vote"
Oh yeah, and coloured people.
The equal rights amended is in the way. Let's not be so dramatic. Roe was controversial from the moment it arrived and it was only a matter of time for it to be reversed with enough constructionist judges on the Court. That it lasted this long is the real surprise.

Anytime a woman wants one.

She did have the right when had sex. She should have the right after too. Nobody is required to adhere to the moral code you are imposing on others. Why don’t you join the Taliban if you want strict religious oversight.

If good church people don’t like abortion, they don’t have to have them. Dictating what everybody else what they can do with their bodies is over reach.

Rape
Unwanted kid

If you want women to continue giving us great sex we must in return trust them and let them make the decision to give birth or not.

Simple.
