  What I know for a fact is that although you are supposed to receive a certain speed of let's say 25Mbps, in reality your modem just transmits less than 20Mbps. All I did was to use a Cat 6 Ethernet Cable along with two rechargeable batteries at either end pasted on to it by Electrician's Tape. The Inductive Current really helped.
