Rape
Unwanted kid

If you want women to continue giving us great sex we must in return trust them and let them make the decision to give birth or not.

Simple.
Rape - Plan B can probably solve that problem
Unwanted kid - Plan B can probably solve that problem

629,898 abortions in the US in 2019. I guess it does not solve that problem.

Anyhow crazy zealous religious gop nitwit will now go after banning plan B and preservatives.

Anytime a woman wants one.

She did have the right when had sex. She should have the right after too. Nobody is required to adhere to the moral code you are imposing on others. Why don’t you join the Taliban if you want strict religious oversight.

If good church people don’t like abortion, they don’t have to have them. Dictating what everybody else what they can do with their bodies is over reach.
By all means, then let us change the laws so that Drivers who chose to get in a car drunk don't have to accept responsibility for any damage or deaths they cause for making that choice.
Let us change the laws so that Fathers can choose if they want to accept the financial consequences of having sex without birth control, instead of having it forced upon them, as it is right now.
Let us change all laws, so that no one has to accept the consequences of any choice they make in life.

This has nothing to do religion. I am not religious. I do believe in our Laws, and I believe that it is wrong to willfully end one human life simply for the convenience of another's.
And science dictates that from the moment of conception, that embryo is a genetically distinct human life. Going through the same cellular growth and development process we all do until our mid twenties. It's DNA is unique unto itself. It is neither it's Mother's nor it's Father's It is a distinct and growing Human. What about it's rights? Why does it not have any rights until some arbitrary number of months after it's existence has started?

Put another way, why are people not allowed to kill their neighbor if their neighbor is doing something that makes them uncomfortable for 9 months?

I have no issue with Abortion being used in cases where the Mother's health is in danger.
I have no issues with Abortion being used in cases of a Woman becoming pregnant due to Rape, as statistically rare as that is.
But killing another Human life, simply because someone didn't like taking birth control, or was too lazy to go buy a condom, or go grab the morning after pill. That is a step backwards as a society. How can people claim to respect and love and accept all people, when you are willing to just snuff out a Human life because you couldn't be bothered to use protection during sex. How selfish of an attitude.
The same people who push for the right to kill a human life just for convenience are the same ones who blast people for eating chickens. How fucked up is that?

And Uncle Thomas says the Supreme Court should reconsider rulings that protect access to contraception and same-sex marriage.

They just didn’t like Hillary. Welcome Christian Taliban
So outlaw contraception to adults? At least that would eliminate all the hypocrites who don't want abortions, but also condemn the best alternative. Same sex marriage? The LGBTQ+ community might fold. Remember what happened when the Only Black Lives Matters Matters group stopped their big parade a few years back? Queers could just slink back into the closet:rolleyes:🖕. There's a companion ruling that is going to put more handguns on the streets nationwide. Thanx Moscow Mitch!!!

This may interest you… I believe another member on this board posited that if R vs. W was overturned (which it now has been) the SCC might look more favourably on similar cases in Canada to send a message to the far right in terms of pushback. Not in the case of abortion, mind you - however, the court may be more inclined to repeal C-36 as a result. Think?
You think that Canadian judges have a shred of actual respect for the USSC at this point?

You should give a fangula, Charles McVety wants to ban both abortion and gay marriage in Canada. He's been pushing the Conservatives further to the right to get his way.
Tories suck McVety's dick to get the nom and then stop taking his phone calls and chase the middle-of-the-spectrum voter.

Plan B has been around for decades...IMO...if there's no fetus formation it isn't abortion...

Here
All this is going to do is drive abortion underground where it will be unsafe and put women's and young girls lives at risk. I remember in the 60s hearing stories about horrible places that performed this procedure.

Thomas writes that gay marriage, gay sex and contraception are going to lose their constitutional protection as soon as they get to the USSC.

JC better stay away from ladyboys when he goes back to the USA is all I can say. Sex is going to essentially be outlawed in every red state within the next 5 years. The only person you'll be allowed to fuck is your wife and the only time you'll be allowed to fuck her is to make babies. No blowjobs. No anal.

Americans are going to end up in jail for looking at porn videos.

18 million unsafe abortions now. I didn’t hear anyone crying bloody murder when it was legal.

Despite recent advances in contraceptive methods promotion, unsafe abortion and post-abortion complications remain potentially health concern and result in significant morbidity and mortality (1). Of the estimated 211 million pregnancies occur annually, about 46 million of them end in induced abortion (2). Approximately 60% of 46 million induced abortions is carried out under safe conditions. Hence, 18 million induced abortions annually are performed by persons without the necessary skills or in an environment lacking the minimal medical standards and are therefore unsafe.

This is disgusting. 25% ish of pregnancies get 🔪 ☠ And mostly its the poor. If black lives mattered to Libs they would tell poor blacks to keep their babies. But Noooooo

What does this decision mean for sex workers in the United States?
It's pretty clear that laws in the USA are going back to the 1950's. Sex work is already highly illegal in the US. Look for mandatory felony jail time for girls and customers across the US. (Not that it's much better now).

If Justin and Duggo wanted to make $$$, they'll decrim sex work in Canada and open luxury mega brothels in Windsor and Fort Erie. Demand is going to be off the chart.

The Televangelicals are clucking right about now. And it won't stop there, Planned Parenthood will be banned along with gay marriage and public education. The Handmaid's Tale was published in 1985, it was considered a social science fiction novel. Had I not studied The French Revolution as a humanities, I would have accepted that term. I view it science horror of the future, the Religious Right have crossed their Rubicon.

For Sidney Sweeney fans.

Plan B's automatically now a felony in a few red states. There's an automatic "trigger" to a number of laws in places like Alabama and Missouri that automatically enacted all sorts of nasty shit when Roe was struck down.

What sex workers ?
There are more sting operations to catch men and women so the videos can be shown on national TV.
That is the reason a lot of men travel to Canada for adult fun.

Perhaps indeed. But it does not solve all problem.

To be frank I am personally not for or against abortion. For me, as a men who do not deliver babies, my role is to stfu and leave that decision to women.

Hopefully this decimates the Repugs in 2022 as it should galvanize the Dems base, especially voting women. Hmmmm, how are the GOP going to stop women from voting????
