If Neil Young wants his music off of Spotify over this I’d take it off...I mean, I don’t have anything against the guy but is he going to pull this every time Spotify has a show on he doesn’t agree with?

Good for Neil...for removing himself. Make some room for people with balls.

This guy has done a ton of LCD and it's starting to show.......

I still like his music though and will continue listen faithfully.
Liquid Crystal Display? Is it an upper or a downer?

Actually, I think that he did way less drugs than most of his contemporaries.

Quite hypocritical when you consider that poster‘s avatar is a picture of a drug addict and their other hero Joe Rogan uses and promotes using psychedelics constantly.

Neil Young on LCD Circa 2019:

In seriousness, Neil Young has also been pretty vocal the last few years about a) Shitty compressed audio streaming services, sometimes going so-far as to name Spotify and b) His own archive of remastered high definition audio which he now offers as a subscription service.

If you meant “LSD,” do you need to be reminded that Rogan has been the pied piper for LSD, Ayahuasca, Shrooms, DMT, Salvia etc. for at-least a decade now?

That man TRIPS.

This really is much ado about nothing. I have lost all respect for Rogan but Spotify is (wisely) going to choose whichever is the bigger money maker for them, which I am guessing is Rogan.

Depends who brings in more money. Neil was good years ago.
Neil still has millions of fans who will follow his lead. How many subscribers is Spotify will to potentially lose. If nothing else, Neil is bringing this issue to their attention.

Neil's music will be around much longer than Joe Rogaine. JR will stop making any money for them.

If you support Neil Young that much to leave Spotify, then you likely weren't listening to Rogan anyhow. Rogan has lost most of his liberal and even many moderate listeners but has bolstered his support among the conservative market. This story just entrenches Rogan and his supporters as more of the "victims" that they already believe themselves to be.
Young's art dwarfs Rogans to a laughable degree so it's not a comparison of whose legacy is greater but few will leave Spotify if they lose Neil Young. They would lose many more customers if they lost Rogan.

It's called integrity.
