Think of the golf metaphor. I like to play golf and consider it a hobby. I like a nice time on the course with some friends on a summer afternoon. I’m an OK golfer but it’s a casual hobby.
On the other hand I have a buddy who’s into every aspect of the sport. He watches it on TV, he reads magazines, he’s into the tech and the mechanics of his swing, and the latest gear. He even tried to make is own custom putter for fuck sakes. He’s also an OK golfer, but for him it’s a real hobby. I terms of dollar spent per round he’s miles deeper into it, but he also gets more enjoyment out of it as a hobby than I do and it’s about more than just putting a ball in the hole.
Sex with SP’s vs SB's is the same. For lots of us, seeing escorts is a fun and satisfying way to fuck girls we’d never pull otherwise. But that’s it.
