Benoit makes one of those neutral zone turnovers per game that results in goals. That's his weakness.
Brodie was fumbling the puck vs Carolina. Couldn't get the puck to Matthews on a 2 on 1 when Matthews beat his man up ice. Can't see him not in the playoffs but he may be a detriment playing at this level.

I'll take him over Justin Holl any day.

Can you imagine? The next expansion draft teams cannot protect more than 2 players that earn more than $11M. Marner or Nylander gone to Atlanta.

That could honestly be the best thing for the Leafs. And with Taveras contact coming to an end, it would allow them to build a different team.

Apparently no, Wilson hasn't been suspended in 18 months (time with good behavior) it starts from scratch. If it was within 18 months it could have been 10 games.

Leafs beat the Oilers 6-3. Edmundson crumples McDavid. A nasty and mean Edmundson is what the Leafs need for the playoffs.

The Leafs will be playing against the Bruins on April 18. If they beat the Bruins with tonite performance vs the Oilers, they will be in a good place with the playoffs.

At this stage McMann looks better than Knies. He's faster and has a better shot.
Signed for 2 years at 1.35 mill per is an excellent contract for the Leafs.
Tavares, Nylander, McMann line was fantastic.
Leafs stopped Edmonton even strength. Both Edmonton PP goals were with the Lili Benoit pairing on.
Edmundson is the upgrade to Gio. He hits, long reach, and blocks shots on the left side PK

Robertson bad icing when he had time to make a better play. I don't see him playing in the playoffs unless there are injuries.
Timmons over the glass penalty took too long to make a play.
Benoit chased McD too high leaving Perry for an easy tap in on the PK
