I think Tavares can return the tribute when he enters the HOF. He'll wear a Leafs jersey.

Lafferty is having a good year at $1million in salary - traded to Vancouver for a 5th round pick.
Should note that Lafferty is playing right now on a line with ex-Leaf Ilya Mikheyev, who's +6 on the season but is a career +37 so far.
Lafferty in Vancouver is averaging more ice time than Kampf, Domi, Gregor, Robertson, and of course Reaves in that order this season.
It's fun watching the Leafs Dad or Mom trip, love to see their reactions when their sons score.
Regulation losses:
Boston, Vegas, LA all with 5
Toronto with 6
NYI, NYR both with 7
All other teams have 8 or more

That may be so but Ottawa is 13 points behind Toronto and it took them 23 games to get 22 points.
NYI have 9 regulation wins and 11 more points than Ottawa.
NYI is also a team that has a losing OT record whereas Ottawa has a winning OT record.
Perhaps Ottawa should focus more on not losing in regulation like NYI is doing.
Interestingly NYI is -4 goal differential whereas Ottawa is +5

Speaking of Ottawa they have a very similar record to Edmonton who has 25 pts in 25 games.
Ottawa is behind every team in the East aside from 2 in terms of pts per game and will unlikely make the playoffs.
Edmonton, however, is already ahead of or on par with 8 teams in the West and in a playoff position.
