Hamas is a terrorist group - they cannot and should not be held to the same standard as Israel. Terrorist groups are not going to care.

But here is an excerpt from International Law:

Any violation of IHL by any party in the conflict DOES NOT ABSOLVE THE OTHER PARTY (IN THIS CASE ISRAEL) FROM STILL BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR LEGAL OBLIGATIONS OF NOT COMMITTING WAR CRIMES.

Therefore, you can try to spin this and say Hamas started it. But since the war has started, the law applies EQUALLY to Hamas and Israel and Israel is still responsible for those deaths. They are committing war crimes (and so is Hamas).

Because they dance in the streets when Hamas commits terrorism? Thats why the world doesn't give a shit. They have formented attempts to overthrow host govts. Used host lands to plan and execute terrorism, and then cry when they lose.

No one is coming to their rescue. You need to accept that.
