For a war crime to be genocide the number does not matter. It could just be 10 people that someone killed. But the crime needs to meet the minimum criteria set forth by the genocide convention. Per those criteria, Israel's murder of the Palestinians count as genocide. Now there are many other war crimes, such as using chemical weapons etc., But not all war crimes are genocide. So again, your example fails.

Their arguments keep getting more and more ludicrous as they invariable are forced to contradict themselves. Amazingly, they seem to have no shame no matter how many times they are exposed.

Do they really think that they are fooling anyone, let alone furthering their cause with their lies and hate speech. What has the world become?

That's like saying, having witnessed a murder, as long as I don't call the cops, it's not a murder.

Considering the definition of genocide as set forth by the genocide convention does not make any mention of numbers, it IS a refutable point.

You said it, Geno. Own it. You feel that Palestinians are "lesser humans". To Hamas and you, they are pawns and you want the fighting to continue.

What excuse do you think Hamas will use to turn down this latest ceasefire proposal? Are there even 33 hostages still alive under Hamas' care?
