Again, I fully support you taking that HRW report to the ICC and ICJ, where they will have stacks of other reports from Amnesty, UN, B'tselem, HRW and others they are collecting as evidence for upcoming trials on the occupation, apartheid and genocide. I fully support them investigating and charging Hamas along with Israel for all war crimes.

Also remember, you quoting HRW means you accept that Israel is apartheid and committing genocide, as also reported by HRW.

Kamala Harris to tell Netanyahu it’s time for Gaza war to end: Report

An aide to Kamala Harris told the Reuters news agency that the vice president and likely Democratic Party presidential candidate will stress to Netanyahu that it is time for the Gaza war to end.
The aide said that Harris wants the war to end in a way where “Israel is secure, all hostages are released, the suffering of Palestinian civilians in Gaza ends, and the Palestinian people can enjoy their right to dignity, freedom, and self-determination”.
Reuters reports that US President Joe Biden is expected to meet with Netanyahu at the White House on Thursday, a day after the Israeli leader delivers a speech to a joint session of Congress.
Harris will meet Netanyahu separately from Biden this week.

No different than the State Department briefing journalists with constant nonsense on a daily basis.
Israel didn't go this far to stop now, the U.S. didn't allow this to go on for this long to now force Israel to change course.
It's a sham, always has been, always will be.
