This is one of your more ludicrous statements, and that's saying something. This war would have never happened had Hamas surrendered its hostages and surrendered those responsible for October 7 to be tried as criminals.

It's people like you, who apparently can't process this, that lack even an ounce of decency.
He claims that he has a doctorate in logic.

Got this from somewhere I was reading about Israel and had copied to my notepad. Just posting it here.

Here is what a POS apartheid nation looks like:
  • Section of 5 in the Law of Political Parties and section 7A of the Basic Law: Stipulates that any party platform that calls for full and complete equality between Jews and non-Jews, be disqualified from any political post.
  • Law of Return: “Every Jew has the right to become a citizen no matter where they come from” while the indigenous non-Jewish inhabitants who were expelled in 1948 are expressly barred from returning to their homes.
  • Admission Committees Law formally allows neighborhood screening committees to prevent non-Jewish citizens from living in Jewish communities.
  • Amendment to the Citizenship Law: Stipulates that an Israeli citizen who marries a Palestinian cannot live as a couple in Israel with his or her spouse. A Palestinian spouse can neither gain citizenship nor residency.
  • 93% of the land, the vast majority of which was confiscated from Palestinian owners after 1948, can only be owned by Jewish agencies for the benefit of Jews only. One of these agencies is the Jewish National Fund, which, in its charter forbids sale or lease to non-Jews.
  • Military Order #138 & #134: forbids Palestinians from operating tractors or other heavy farm machinery on their land.
  • Through various military orders, according to the WHO, Israel has uprooted 2.5 million trees belonging to Palestinians, and which often represent their only means of sustenance."
  • Israel then allows the Palestinians access to only a fraction of the shared water resources, while unlawful Israeli settlements there receive virtually unlimited supplies creating a reality of green lawns and swimming pools for Jewish settlers and a parched life for Palestinians, whose access to water, according to the World Health Organization does not meet the minimum requirements for basic human water needs.
  • Certain roads are labeled Jews only and Palestinians are forbidden from using or crossing.
  • Israeli identity cards segregate people into 5 groups, each has diminishing rights:
    • Jewish Israeli citizen
    • Palestinian citizens of Israel
    • East Jerusalem Palestinian
    • West Bank Palestinian
    • Gaza Strip Palestinian
  • A UN special report on Israel in 2007 states "elements of the Israeli occupation constitute forms of colonialism and of apartheid, which are contrary to international law".
  • Palestinians are under military law and face a constant threat of detention without charge. Israelis are under civilian law.
  • So Israeli settlements can expand, over 17,000 Palestinian houses have been demolished, creating thousands of homeless families. Israelis face no confiscation of land.

A Palestinian citizen of Israel has been detained in the Israeli town of Majd Al Krum for showing solidarity with Palestinians in Gaza amid Israel’s continuing assault on the devastated territory.
Beauty salon owner Rasha Harami was seen being taken into custody by Israeli police in video footage posted online on Wednesday.
Harami had shared a post expressing her sadness over the killings of Palestinian civilians in a Rafah displacement camp by an Israeli air strike on Sunday.
She also called for the resignation of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and compared the treatment of Palestinians in Gaza to the Holocaust.
In the video shared on Wednesday, the mother of two was shown being handcuffed and zip-tied and taken into custody for questioning.

According to various news outlets, the 40-year-old salon owner was later released. The video has prompted widespread backlash, with activists and journalists calling for Harami’s rights to be upheld.

Alon Lee, co-director of human rights organisation Standing Together, denounced the beautician’s arrest over her social media post.
"This is the current state of our country- arresting civilians simply because they emphasise the pain of the Palestinians and expressing sympathy and suffering of their own people- the Palestinians," he said in a video post on Wednesday.
"The war is devastating for our society and is destroying Israelis as well. If anyone thinks that that this is the kind of society we want to become, then they are wrong."
He continued: "Our children will grow up in a fascist society without freedom of speech and the ability to express themselves. This is dangerous for all of us."
Rights groups have warned that Palestinian citizens of Israel have faced continuous repression.
According to legal centre and human rights organisation Adalah, hundreds of Palestinians - as well as some Jewish Israelis - have been persecuted by Israeli authorities and law enforcement over social media use.
Adalah reported that the "severe" crackdown on freedom of speech against Palestinian minorities increased significantly after October 7.
"The crackdown is the result of a widespread and coordinated effort among government offices, official Israeli institutions, and extremist right-wing groups, and has targeted Palestinian citizens and others who voice dissent against Israel’s actions in Gaza or express any support for the Palestinian people in Gaza," the report wrote.

"The assault on the free speech rights of Palestinian citizens is not a new phenomenon; since the establishment of the State of Israel in 1948, Palestinians have been subjected to political persecution and campaigns of delegitimization, rooted in the state's view of all Palestinians as enemies."
Since the current war on Gaza, thousands of Palestinians with Israeli citizenship have increasingly encountered job terminations, expulsion from universities, arrests and other forms of surveillance and harassment by Israeli authorities.

Sources are important because some sources are credible and other's are not. As such your post and that opinion piece are irrelevant. That's why I didn't include it.

Have you ever told lies on TERB?

C'mon he's the sultan of lies...
Yes, we know it. I just want to see if he has the character to admit what everyone else knows.
Have you ever promoted genocide on this board, Nikki?
There you go Orry, once again he refuses to answer a simple question, and this is in the face of what he says, that he never answers questions with a question and always gives direct answers. He keeps showing us his lack of character/integrity.

Geno, thanks for being consistent and proving my pointS. Geno is such a good name. I've never had to change it.
