i'd say things have changed... they really are a team of EXTREMES.

better goalie, Mats is 2nd in league scoring, Antropov is healthy (knock on wood) and in top 20 scoring.

very good offense 5 on 5
most goals for in the league

now the bad:
worst goals against
worst win record after leading into the 3rd
one of the worst PK's

the PP is not as productive as last year.

now taking those into consideration... they are doing about the same record as last season... actually 3 losses worse. considering that playoffs berth can be accomplished in the first 20 games of the season, i'd say they are most definitely out... unless they can play above a .733 win percentage for the rest of the season just to get to 8th spot!

The have just won the last 3 games, and a total of 7 points of a possible 8 in the last 4 games.

Sundin is having a career year. and so is Belak as he scored his first goal in 4 seasons! lol...

no other news from last nights win, or the won before that, or the one before that one from any other terbites, so i'm guessing no news is good news.
