I have never really figured out what it is about Webers that makes people like them so much. I find their patties to very plain and thin. I guess the whole train and bridge over the hwy helps the attraction.

Maybe people just don't have good taste. Even the crappiest street food in Berlin is better than most of the fast food here in Canada....we don't have a food culture here at all.

OMG Weber's YES!!

Isn't it on Highway 11 after Barrie though... with the old CN Tower walkway over the highway cuz people use to run across the highway to get these burgers.

I think I may just have to go for a driver today!:D

webers? it was ontario place walkway tho.....

seriously? they're like the frozen burgers you buy in a box of 40 for 10 bucks. and the line up is huge. i can't believe people wait in line for those.....

now that atmosphere is fun, nothing better than a roadside burger shop on the way to the cottage.

the walkway is actually the old ontario place one. i remember when they brought it up there after too many morons died crossing the road.....

whatever happened to natural selection?? lawsuits have done away with darwinian evolution almost completely....

fwiw your wrong it was the walkway that went over Queen St. from Simpsons to Eatons and the reason they put it up there was because they put a medium between the lanes.

September 1983
Webers acquires a portion of the pedestrian bridge from the CN Tower in Toronto. It is erected in the fall of 1983 and becomes the first and only privately owned bridge built over a public highway in the Province of Ontario

Bronto Burger at Pacific and Dundas has to be the best burger I've had in recent memory.

Omg, these burgers are huge! If you get the 7 oz double patty, you might have a tough time digesting anything for the next couple of days after that. They have a rather cool Flinstone theme, and they seem pretty busy for a newer place. It's a nice little place for sure. Not to mention they use free range/organic beef, and if you care about that type of thing, this is a great spot to munch.

Hey Philip, maybe you should have a deal where if you book one of your ladies for 2 hours, she comes along with a double bronto burger.

It is a little drive outside of the GTA.. but worth it!!!

I have tried most burger spots in the GTA, but the BEST burger (by far) is the Monster Burger at Hungry Herbie's in Cache Creek
