I'm a little late to the party and very confused by the 'she ghosted me' comment also. There are two terms of ghosting that I'm familiar with: 1) You have a date and your intended companion doesn't show up, call or return your calls. 2) You ignore any type of social interaction as if he/she doesn't exist (like a ghost).
How does someone that you aren't interested in and try avoid get in the position of ghosting you ? How would you notice ?

The client did what they had to do to protect themselves. I get it. but it completely threw my life into a tailspin at the time.

After that, cellphone usage declined but butterface started to look at me in a hateful manner, sometimes walking right past me without saying "Good Morning".
3. First day after I came back from a monthly business trip and made some serious OT, and said Good Morning to butterface, she never responded. I tried that for a couple of weeks, she responded maybe 3-4 times. After that, it became a nod. Then just completely ignoring. I didn't want to add fuel to the fire so I let her work out her own shit.
