Do you really care that Litsch looks young? When he was missing some of his velocity, he went to the minors, came back and started throwing his fastball at about 93 MPH. I don't know about you but 93 is pretty damn good. He has other pitches in his repetoire as well. He was a good pitcher and he will be missed.tribunus said:I'm glad Litsch is done. I think he sucks - no velocity, its basically curveball or bust. And he looks like he's 12 years old. I'd much rather see them bring back Cecil and have him learn the ropes up here since he'll be a big part of the future.
For those that are curious, the Jays seem to have done pretty good in the draft today. With the 20th they took a college righty that could've easily gone in the top 10. With their supplementary 1st (thanks AJ) they took a lefty that has dynamite stuff but slipped due being a Boras client.

I do agree with the rest of your post though. Cecil looks like he will be a good one and it looks like the Jays did a nice job in the draft.
