I think that is how Ron Ellis learned how to play right wing.
I remember when they tried that. It was pretty bad pizza.
McDonalds use to advertise "7 years of research" and Pizza Hut responded with "40 years of experience".
When your wooden hockey stick's blade didn't break playing street hockey, the blade would wear down to just 1 inch in height and the tip would be formed into a sharpened knife point.
It was then and only then, when wielding this razor edged, long knife of a former hockey stick made you the most feared street hockey lad on your portion of the street.
