Yeah, let's have a home run derby with a bunch of second basemen, that's the equivalent. Canada should have had wilson and Lowry on the team.Wow, you don't know a lot about it...

This is another attempt to sell the game in the usa, they were never going to have the final in Canada. That game should have been held in Montreal, or Toronto!
Really, no kidding? On almost every international hockey event held in North America the final has been held in Canada. This is another attempt to sell the game in the usa, they were never going to have the final in Canada.
I don't enjoy watching hockey players fight because I fear someone is going to be seriously injured(ie. Nick Kypreos). However, I get a kick out of watching NBA players fight. I think Shaq had a higher free throw percentage than the percentage of punches landed by all NBA players in any fight.Did anyone enjoy watching players fight who have no idea how to fight?
Thursday night you ain't going anywhere if we have to tie you down. Also, wear the same underwear(unwashed) like Pat Hickey did during his scoring streak with the Leafs.I go out its 4-0 and I come back in and its 4-3. Luckily Sid is a god and he sealed it with the empty netter. Canada will not beat the US that I know for sure.
That tells me that there will be more betting from Canadians than Americans. It makes sense because I'm sure that this is a bigger event in Canada.Bookies have Canada as heavy favorites

The Tkachuks.thugs?? ok.
Good call. Hahahahahaha.3-0 already.
Gonna be a blowout
The US looks like a good bet and I don't even know how much Canada is favoured. Do you bet hockey at all?I go out its 4-0 and I come back in and its 4-3. Luckily Sid is a god and he sealed it with the empty netter. Canada will not beat the US that I know for sure.
I agree, jarred tinordi, son of Mark tinordi, had basically his whole face shattered a few years ago in a minor league game. I'm surprised nobody has ever lost fingers as their hands usually are flat on the ice if they go down. I used to love it but don't care for it anymore.I don't enjoy watching hockey players fight because I fear someone is going to be seriously injured(ie. Nick Kypreos). Now what did you say to me about turning my man card exactly in the Ellen DeGeneres thread....I agree, jarred tinordi, son of Mark tinordi, had basically his whole face shattered a few years ago in a minor league game. Too many guys fighting that can't fight. Fighting after any hit is absurd, staged fights are also absurd. Now what did you say to me about turning my man card exactly in the Ellen DeGeneres thread....
On another note...Tinordi did manage to get 205 NHL games in ...Big guy slow as molasses can't fight.
I've also seen a few officials over the years take the worst of it while trying to break up fights. Fortunately nothing serious, but still the poor guys take enough abuse as it is.I agree, jarred tinordi, son of Mark tinordi, had basically his whole face shattered a few years ago in a minor league game. I think you're going a little far...Canadian hockey is not in a Golden Era but I wouldn't call it dead.
US has a population of 340 million Canada has a population of 39 million, I guess they would have larger enrollments in almost everything.
The US is a slight favourite currently at - 111 (Canada is - 108).The US looks like a good bet and I don't even know how much Canada is favoured. Do you bet hockey at all?
So much for Phil's post. He's never had a lot of credibility. The US is a slight favourite currently at - 111 (Canada is - 108).

Don't worry I won't be missing Thursday night. And I doubt either way that any team will be up 4-0, it will be a close battle.Thursday night you ain't going anywhere if we have to tie you down. Also, wear the same underwear(unwashed) like Pat Hickey did during his scoring streak with the Leafs.
