WHo says they will lose it. Residents of Mariupol are being allowed to reclaim their apartments after restoration. Russia is not forcing anyone to leave. Did anyone in Crimea lose property? they are all still there, and very few went to Ukraine. Ukrainian is even recognized as an official protected language in Crimea.
