Is There Anything Trump Won’t Blame on DEI?

39 year old - 1000 hrs
28 year old- 500 hrs
This was a training flight under VFR rules (They were training to evacuate government officials in the case of a catastrophic event).
As you noted in your post, the 39 year old man, was the trainer and the woman was the trainee.
If the woman was at fault, it is probably understandable because she wasn't experienced enough.
Why then, didn't the more experienced 39 year old man, take steps to correct her errors?

As per the equation:

39 yrs - 1000 hrs
28 yrs - 500 hrs

Seems like it takes approximately a decade to accumulate 500 hours of flight experience. 28 years minus a decade is too young.

As far as your question goes, it's like asking a driving instructor why he didn't prevent a student driver from an accident. Shit happens. It happens less with students who can drive better.

Given outcomes are a consequence of opportunity, how do you distinguish one from the other?
Give me an example.
Predetermining an outcome based on a prerequisite quota that's statistically defies merit.

That is the point of training.
To get better and to learn.
And yes it is actually the job of the flight instructor to not just instruct the student but also to ensure adherence to safety protocols during flights and address potential hazards (such as a commercial jet on a collision course).

I have experienced them and they force hiring of sub par talent and cause division in the group. If it doesn’t work it doesn’t need to be there. It makes no sense keeping a flawed system. Eliminate it rather than try to fix the same broken system. This is what I have always said and this is exactly what Trump is doing.

It’s not even worth getting into what works and what doesn’t.

Why is this so hard to understand.
You and he are very good at eliminating it. So far neither of you has described any system that would fix it. You clearly said that the minorities deserve help. Maybe I missed it, but I think you've offered no suggestion of how to help.

What is the outcome here?
If a person is recruited to a job, they are being given an opportunity to perform on the job.
There is no predetermined outcome.
If you're recruiting based on a quota that statistically defies merit then there is a predetermined outcome.

Exactly as I predicted. Parker says that they deserve help and you say, "fuck that we're not giving them any help". But the billionaires need help lowering their taxes. And the businesses need help lowering wages healthcare costs and crushing unions. But damn if we're going to help the minorities.

This why even if the liberal options are flawed, it's next to impossible to vote right wing. They don't give a shit about the common man.
you are not asking about help for the common man, you are asking for help for minorities
your words not mine
and you are stereotyping minorities as less capable than the common man and always in need of help. That is dependence . Nobody wants to be a dependant.
if you want to help, strive for equality of opportunity, it works, its fair and its just
Western society has grown and thrived via the pursuit of opportunity, not by quotas

There are multiple "most qualified" people for any job in all people groups.
Aiming to hire form certain people groups does not preclude hiring the most qualified.
They are not mutually exclusive and are unrelated.

Cultism and blindness come hand in hand.

Any valid criticism of trump and the snowflakes are enraged. "How dare they?"
Sure...because why not? Trumps cabinet were hitting ground running...DEI is done...time to let the grown men and women who are capable to do the work... no more quotas...and the democrats keep crying

Let's deal with the now......Treat people like you want to be treated...Give full opportunity to all.
OK.

Do you believe that the black community right now is at an equal socioeconomic level as the white community. (I'm assuming that your answer is no.)
Do you believe that discrimination in the past has contributed to the unequal status that we see right now.
The concept of EDI is that when you have two people of equal qualifications, some preference is given to the minority so that the group, as a whole, may achieve the same status as the non-minority group over the long run.

Are you opposed to the minority community reaching the same status as the white community without choosing people of inferior quality? Their qualifications are at least as good.
