Justice system that was weaponized to go after him since 2016? Does he believe in fairness of such a justice system? Abso-fcnk-lutely Not!
USA supports demonstrations, riots and coups all over the globe ie: Ukraine, Georgia, Venezuela etc. People have a god given right to protest, they say!
Was Jan. 6 a riot? MSM definitely called it a riot and insurrection. Was it that? I'm not so sure. It was more of a peaceful protest than BLM riots where they burned cars and buildings, businesses looted, injured and humiliated cops, yet CNN and others would call it Mostly Peaceful.
4 years later, Trump is back in the oval office and no proof of insurrection. So was it a riot? I dunno.

So smashing windows, rushing into a building with the threat of violence, an attempt to prevent congress from certifying Biden's win wasn't a riot? Hmm, you sure about that?

You haven't even described the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone in Seattle in 2020. If you lived there or had a business there, the City of Seattle allowed your rights to be violated for over three weeks.
Completely forgot about Seattle. Police station burned, autonomous zone created etc... all very peacefully and with full support from Seattle mayor.
What I saw doesn't really qualify as a riot.
When a riot happens, they don't threaten violence or attempt to prevent congress from carrying out it's duties. During a riot they burn the fckn building to the ground and likely kill/injure everyone inside.
What I saw instead is multiple videos of people walking inside the building peacefully while being accompanied by cops and security who seemed quite friendly. Did they scare the shit out of the congress(wo)men? 100% they did. Those are some powerful, vengeful individuals who had to teach everyone a lesson and so they did.
If it is a witch hunt, there is sure lots of things he has to worry about.

I'm not sure you can take the Fifth unless you are at risk of incriminating yourself. You can't incriminate yourself if you have already been pardoned. I suspect someone like Liz Cheney will find ways to not cooperate with a House Committee.

Didn't Biden send out messages to his Attorney General and other prosecutors that they needed to prosecute Trump?

Not only that, but he openly admitted that if the DOJ did a better job prosecuting Trump, then he, Joe Biden, would've won re-election. You can't make this stuff up.

This is what bugs me about democrats/liberals. They make assumptions and speak about it as if it's a well proven fact. Trump is going to do this and that, so he must be thinking this and that... and when none of it comes to life, they come up with a new fable to obsess about.
