He will ALWAYS be a two term POTUS, and even with his “criminal record” he won the popular vote in a democratic vote.
He has already said that he will run for a third term. If he can not achieve this on his own, he might call up his MAGA army to do another insurrection.

He could have another 31,537 criminal charges added to his credentials but he will ALWAYS be a two term POTUS, and even with his “criminal record” he won the popular vote in a democratic vote.

Whiners will always whine.
So you are proud that a POTUS who has that many criminal charges against him is also your idol.......OIC!!

Wow you sure are gullible. Google john Edward's if you want more on your 'invented' charge
How does the Edwards case support your argument? I think you are still turned around on the facts of that case.

Wow trumps lawyers must have been incompetent to allow so many democrats to be jurors - his lawyers must have been in on it too but donnie only hires the best right ? Also out of 12 jurors it's impossible to get 98%. Even if 1 was a republican it would be 91.66%. If this were true then why would the 1 non crooked juror still vote to convict ?
Perhaps the jury and the judge didn't do a good job. Maybe and very likely the sentencing is a big nothing. Then maybe it gets thrown out on appeal.

Prior to the election you said he would never win. How did that work out for ya? :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
People deny and object to the concept of TDS. Some of these guys were stronger participants on TERB (and in this case MERB) several years ago. I don't know how you explain the outsized visceral reactions of so many the last eight years. The media gins them up and yet they're convinced they're rational and reasonable.

Judge Merchan has announced that the sentencing date for Trump is set for January 10, just before his inauguration. He has also indicated that he will grant Trump an unconditional discharge, a highly unusual decision. This raises questions about whether the judge is constrained by legal or procedural factors, leaving him with no other option. The prospect of any semblance of justice in these cases may rest on the prosecution's willingness and ability to appeal the matter following sentencing. Which I believe will be the case.
What exactly are you looking for here?

DA Alvin Bragg is an elected official in a liberal domain. Of course, he's going to jawbone this case for a long time. Appeal the sentencing against a sitting President? Doubt it. Talk about it? Yes, perhaps talk about it a lot.

Let's also be real.....Judge Merchan is no Trump fan. It's not like he's deliberately trying to cut Trump much slack.

The judge didn't do a good job so he was overruled like aileen cannon .? Don't remember that happening. How does the jury not do a good job lol because they didn't come back with the verdict you wanted?

Do you think it's fair for judges to cut people slack because they have more money than others or are more popular ? Isn't that the exact opposite of how your justice system is suppose to work? Was the judge in hunters case wrong because he didn't cut him and slack and was the jury wrong too ? If you use precedence, the Republican laid exactly the same charges against Democrat John Edward's but the circumstances were far different and the jury acquitted him. As for hunter, the republican states have never convicted someone for only lying on their gun purchase form without committing another crime. In Florida there is no legal penalty for it

I'm just giving you the possibilities.

Can a jury be confused by the instructions and considerations in a court case? Can a judge show bias and make things indiscernible?

Of course yes, that's why we have an appeals system. When things don't work in a court, they get overturned. There's no other way to put it. You don't have to like it, but that's how it works.

Its going to be entertaining watching a convicted felon and fraudster pledge the oath of allegiance to the constitution.
