You're already agreed, so it should be no problem for you to reinforce HRW's most recent statement which is that of the above, just so that we're clear.
It is nothing more than a pyrrhic victory. This ruling accomplishes nothing in terms of Israel's mission against Hamas. No countries or organizations, including the UN, are providing any boots on the ground. Without that, Hamas will soon be nothing more than a grease spot (to quote Vincent Vega) and Gazans will be liberated.
Maybe you should try it yourself sometime instead of just picking and choosing. When you pick and choose you are simply being a hypocrite and you render your profound proclamations hollow and worthless.
