Yes a former colonial entity. Indigeneous people are citizens of Canada and as such the govt. at the center represents them. Therefore me using actual immigration laws, passed by the Parliament of Canada, automatically means that those indigeneous people invited me and approved my presence here, because their representatives did so. That is democracy. That was not the case with Jews who immigrated to historical Palestine. They manipulated the colonial British empire into giving them land that was not theirs to give, to a people who did not belong in the land in the first place.
Palestinians do not want Israeli citizenship because they do not trust the Israelis. So it is up to Israel to give them freedom, lands etc., If a one state solution does not work, let them go back to the 1967 borders and form a 2 state solution.
