Suicide bombing was a super desperate form of resistance, not nearly as glorified as the american 'dive on the hand grenade and save the company' type of suicide. It was troubling both to realize how incredibly desperate Palestinians were and how that was used sometimes to target civilians.
Of course the best way to end the resistance or intifada is to end the occupation and apartheid and stop stealing Palestinian land through new 'settlements'. Why has Israel announced two new settlement plans at the same time they are committing genocide?
Right now Palestinians are getting more and more desperate due to lack of food, water, housing, power, heating and medical care.
If you don't want a return to even more desperate methods of resistance you should stop backing genocide and think of a way to end the occupation and apartheid.
If Hamas 'surrendered' and Israel did as they said they'd do and went in and killed them all and everyone in their families it would not fix the situation.
It would stall it while the next resistance starts up, Israel wouldn't end the blockade, occupation, apartheid or ongoing colonization of Palestine.
All it would do is lay the grounds for the next, and even bigger battle with Palestinians.
The only way this stops is Biden grows some balls and stops Netanyahu and the world forces Israel to end apartheid through sanctions.
