Exactly, there is nobody to negotiate with. Hamas has a choice to release civilian hostages for a ceasefire, but refuse to. Speaks volumes.
As of right now I believe there is no proof of life with any of the hostages.

It is possible that most if not all are deceased.

Israel can agree to an unconditional humanitarian cease fire and then continue negotiating.
Yeah, right. What about Hamas? You said that they are terrorists and can't be trusted.

Let me get this straight. You want Israel to say: "We'll stop fighting regardless of what Hamas does." You're getting to be as funny as Fringie.

It has to be a bilateral ceasefire. Negotiations are required. That takes time.

Hamas can surrender and release the hostages without time-consuming negotiations.

Israel can agree to an unconditional humanitarian cease fire and then continue negotiating. That is the fastest way. Also, Israel should follow international law and not carpet bomb the Palestinians. Following international law should not have to be negotiated.
I'm just curious if you know what carpet bombing is.

I was thinking the same thing....

It's the latest catchphrase that they are using.

That along with...Apartheid, ethnic cleansing, cultural genocide.

You hear them going over and over with the same rhetoric.

Even accepting your figures - and I don't - those casualties were caught in a war zone. Urban fighting causes a lot of collateral damage.

Well, what would YOU call the HAMAS terrorists who raped, killed and tortured their victim???!!!!.... Oh that's right. THEY'RE ANTI COLONIALIST FREEDOM FIGHTERS!! OF COURSE!

You got any posts of anyone calling ordinary Palestinians by racist names??

It's over. It happened decades ago and the current occupier has a large, very proficient army and nukes. They ain't getting Palestine back. And they shouldn't even be trying.

What's happening here is that a bunch of super rich corrupt HAMAS leaders take Russian and Iranian money to stir shit. And they keep their sad, fucked up cause alive, so they don't have to provide a decent living and future to the ordinary Gazans.

Let's go through a list of other land seizures and you can tell me if "it's over", or not.

1864 - Germany seizes Schleswig-Holstein from Denmark
1908 - Austria seizes Bosnia-Herzegovina from Turkey
1913 - Bulgaria seizes Thrace from Turkey
1918 - Romania seizes Transylvania from Hungary. Does Hungary get to attack Romania to seize Transylvania back in 2023?.... Answer is "NO!"
1918 - Italy seizes South Tyrol from Austria.
1918 - France gets Alsace-Lorraine from Germany.
1945 - Poland gets Silesia and East Pomerania from Germany.
1945 - Ukraine gets Lviv from Poland.
1945 - Russia gets East Prussia from Germany
1945 - Lithuania gets Memel from Germany

Does Germany get to raid Poland or any of those other countries to get Silesia back??.... No. It's stupid. It's done. It's over. Time for everyone to move the fuck on.

The Gazans should have been filtered into other Arab countries and given new lives and a better future. Didn't happen. Why?..... Because HAMAS has thoroughly infiltrated and controlled Gazan society and the refugees have attempted to overthrow moderate Arab governments in every country that they have been allowed to enter.

Actually the British had every right. It was their land. They owned and ran the joint. So they got to decide who rented rooms there. Legally it was British territory. So there you go.

Not going to happen because you can't cut deals with the Palestinians. First of all, HAMAS won't take the deal because of their "River to the Sea" horseshit. Second - even if they did - they would just use it as a regrouping pause to attack Israel again.

Of course Israel is going to do that. How tf else are they going to stop HAMAS from coming back?!

Bullshit to both of those assertions.

Unfortunately the real world has HAMAS, not your idyllic image of nice, polite, suffering Gazan women and children. So you're wrong again.
That was an exercise in rage and delusion . The dumbing down required to be a zionist Is on full display.

Have to say I agree with the following. Extremists on both sides must be discouraged from unjustified violence based solely on hatred.

While I support Israel's attacks in Gaza to eliminate Hamas, I have never been in agreement with the Israeli settlers' crimes against Arabs in the West Bank, when unprovoked.

"US to ban entry to Jewish extremists who attack Palestinians
Story by BY TOVAH LAZAROFF • 37m

The Biden administration seeks to prevent Jewish extremists who attack Palestinians from entering the United States in its harshest stance to date against such West Bank violence.
“I have been emphatic with Israel’s leaders that extremist violence against Palestinians in the West Bank must stop and that those committing the violence must be held accountable,” US President Joe Biden wrote in an opinion piece he published in the Washington Post on Saturday.

“The United States is prepared to take our own steps, including issuing visa bans against extremists attacking civilians in the West Bank,” he stressed.
According to the United Nations, eight Palestinians, including one child, have been killed by settlers in the West Bank and another 74 were injured.
Some 33% of those injuries were caused by live ammunition, the UN stated.

Biden administration increasingly concerned with extremist violence
The Biden administration is increasingly concerned by the growing number of Jewish extremist attacks that have occurred both before and after the start of the Gaza war.
Its officials have been careful to mention settler violence as it condemns Hamas’ killing of 1,200 people and its seizure of over 239 hostages when it infiltrated southern Israel on October 9.

It has supported Israel’s military campaign to oust Hamas from Gaza in the aftermath of that attack and has spoken of the importance of a two-state resolution to the Israeli-Paelstinian conflict in the aftermath of that war.
“In the months ahead, the United States will redouble our efforts to establish a more peaceful, integrated, and prosperous Middle East — a region where a day like Oct. 7 is unthinkable, “ Biden wrote.

Just goes to show we have brains as well as dicks :geek:
Well, it’s true that too often guys think with the small head. If as is evident in this thread some think that stuff people way more qualified than them have tried, that everything that can realistically has been tried be that ceasefires or Mosad taking out leaders strategically etc hasn’t in this 1000 year conflict or just have to prove who knows what about crimes..

which head are people using?

US Muslim group claims hit by car driven by man shouting ‘Long live Israel,’ but ‘victim’ faked the whole thing

NORTH RIDGEVILLE, Ohio — A North Olmsted man is facing multiple misdemeanor charges after police say he faked an alleged hate crime attack near North Ridgeville last month.
According to investigators, 20-year-old Hesham A. Ayyad was originally taken to the hospital on Oct. 22 after telling officers he had been hit by a car in an incident that was "racially motivated." He claimed the collision took place on Cook Road in Olmsted Township, and North Ridgeville detectives subsequently began looking into the case.

An article posted the next day by the Council on American-Islamic Relations' Cleveland branch shed more light on Ayyad's version of events. Per the organization, Ayyad claimed he was waking home from lunch when a vehicle approached and the driver rolled his window down. Ayyad reported hearing the driver say things like "Kill all Palestinians" and "Long live Israel" before swerving his car and hitting Ayyad, driving away while screaming, "DIE!"

However, as North Ridgeville police continued to investigate and view surveillance video from the day of the alleged crime, they eventually determined Ayyad had made the whole thing up. A release from the department insists Ayyad not only wasn't struck by a vehicle nor subjected to racial slurs, but that he was actually injured during an earlier fight with his brother, 19-year-old Khalil A. Ayyad. Footage from the scene confirms the altercation occurred, authorities say.

Both Hesham and Khalil Ayyad were arrested Tuesday and charged with domestic violence and assault. In addition, Hersham Ayyad is accused of making false alarms, falsification, and obstructing official business.
The two brothers were released from custody Wednesday after each posted bond. Both are due back on Elyria Municipal Court this coming Tuesday.

Okay. How about we dont get too technical
The point is that everything you guys claim is a huuuge overstatement/overly dramatic. You can't just describe things accurately. That was not carpet bombing. Just as there is no apartheid and there is no attempt at ethnic cleansing.

The only time that you guys don't dramatize is when you just outright lie.

I think a ceasefire and negotiation via Qatar will work.
Quite possible.

But how many more Gazans/Palestinians are you willing to see die going through this process until you realize that Hamas surrendering and releasing the hostages is the fastest way to end this Oct. 7 war? 1,000? 2,000? 10,000?

I recall you saying that the welfare of the Palestinians is the main focus. How is allowing more to die making their welfare the main focus?

Hamas surrendering, releasing the hostages and then negotiating would be the way the put their welfare first.

As pointed out before, the ceasefire needs to be negotiated first. That takes time.
