So really no effort to avoid civilian deaths...for the purpose of what...they aren't erasing Israel in the face of the earth any time soon....What is the endgame for Hamas? Hamas came about in reaction to the occupation and apartheid. You can't kill all of Hamas and not expect another group to rise in their ashes.
If you want to end the cycle, address the root problem

It's about eliminating a terrorist organization, Hamas, who are not a race, so it does not fit the definition of genocide.

Hamas is perpetrating any potential genocide on their civilians by A)initiating an attack that they knew would bring reprisals and B)they hide behind innocent Gazans putting them directly in harm's of of the reprisals.

Hamas and people like frank would love nothing more than the genocide of the Jewish race.

You have a point there, I will give you that. I have seen some posts here with words like "evil", "vermin" etc., While they weren't explicitly referring to Gazans but to Hamas, we should tone our language down in how we refer to Hamas. Refer to Hamas as Hamas. Not as "human animals", "vermin", or "evil". Bassem Youseff's interview with Piers got me thinking, that yes, we often dehumanize those types of people and in the process we end up a) shifting adequate blame away from them - because after all, they cannot help it right? They are evil animals afterall! and b) justifying atrocities and war crimes against them like cutting off water, or a huge collateral body count even if it may be inevitable. This is especially also because I saw this post on my Israeli friends FB (who hasn't been my friend for a few years now as his racism towards Arabs is quite exhausting, but still somehow just lives in my friends list lol). This isn't right IMO - especially the last line, as it justifies collective punishments and war crimes against Gazans.

Hamas and it's cousin Hezbollah are Iranian proxy terrorist creations, funded, armed and directed by Iran to create chaos, terrorism in and to eliminate the Jewish state Israel from the Middle East.
