Not a lawyer, but could this type of law survive a Supreme Court challenge? Sort of like the right for women to go topless...
And, you can't legislate against someone with giant boobs. There are women who do have massive, legit mammaries. No matter what they do, they likely can't hide those sweater blimps unless they opt for reduction surgery (and seriously, who would want tits that big? Imagine trying to run. Or buy a shirt/sweater/dress).
He's not a woman first of all.
Secondly, a woman wouldn't be able to function, much less walk around with tits like that, it would never be an issue to this extent.
I know women with a fraction of those tits that had to get reductions because they couldn't cope.
And there are codes against dressing provocatively.
Should I be able to just shove a massive eggplant or zucchini down the tightest jeans I could wear and parade around in a professional environment, especially around young students?
Bomb threats may seam drastic, but l applaud whoever it was, to get some semblance of sanity back in that school while the powers that be, hem and haw and split the the most minute legal hairs.
If the law can't protect me from threat of harm, I'm taking the law into my own hands. If boards won't dictate and enforce some kind of standards when it comes to this stuff, especially in a student environment, same principal applies in my opinion.
