I don't, but you said you did.I don’t know. Do you?
"All the anti-trans activists and their Right Wing friends in parliament will need to find new targets for their bomb threats."
You still stand by it?

You’re right. It says right in the article that you have to be female to have gigantomastia. I can’t find any reports of it in men who are transitioning to women. What about this article, that I posted??

I recall reading somewhere that she was leaving the province at the end of this year…but I think it was based off a rumour on Reddit so who knows? I doubt she’ll be back, though, but it’s impossible to know?Like I just posted, they'll probably allow her to teach again in September 2023??
Yes. What part of what I said is not true?I don't, but you said you did.

How do you know that's true?Yes. What part of what I said is not true?
Is there something you would like to get off your chest? Speak freely…we are all friends here.
Because Lemieux is not there anymore so they have nothing to complain about. The problem has been removed. How do you know that's true?

Are you truly having this much difficulty understanding a simple statement? Or is there something else bothering you? Maybe you will feel better if you turn yourself in to the police?
What they need to do is get Queens Park to enact a provision in the Human Rights Code to remove any arguable protections for egregiously freaky attire and presentation. So again this appears to be Duggo.Yes, but the HDSB had 6 months to do something. They did nothing!!
Lawyers have differing opinions and Levitt may have been grandstanding.I guess you're right. However, their lawyers seem to have a much different opinion than Howard Levitt. Even one of the parents brought up Levitt's NP article, in the delegation part, of last night's meeting.
But you're not an employment lawyer or a board member. So it's easy for you to say that.IMHO, the board should have fired Busty Lemieux, and taken their chances in court?? Without severance. Therefore, termination for cause!!
.
Agreed. I mean, why is the board dragging their heels on this. I can only surmise they are worried about the wrongful dismissal aspect, or a human rights tribunal. Again, I still wonder if this person was facing disciplinary action or something like that, and took up the Kayla Lemiuex persona to make it that much harder for the board to axe them....And what's the dress code gonna do? All Boobs has to say is that it's a body image issue and the Board will fold. That's why he is still being paid because firing him opens up the Board to the wrongful dismissal suit and discrimination charges. They don't want to set the precedent of firing someone claiming to be trans.
Not a lawyer, but could this type of law survive a Supreme Court challenge? Sort of like the right for women to go topless...What they need to do is get Queens Park to enact a provision in the Human Rights Code to remove any arguable protections for egregiously freaky attire and presentation. The school board doesn't get to re write provincial legislation.
The Titty Teacher apparently told everyone that his own man-moobs went haywire over his "estrogen shots" and grew at an alarming rate until they sagged to his belly. Presumably it took time to research that.
Labour arbitrators may be liberal minded for the most part, but not so much so that they wouldn't enforce a school dress code that prevented the wearing of prosthetic breasts, except to replace breasts that have been surgically altered or removed for medical reasons. This joker is not going to be able to produce a doctor to testify at an arbitration hearing that this guy needs to wear his halloween costume for his mental health. Even a liberal arbitrator is going to have disdain for the mockery this guy's behaviour presents. His behaviour is actually an obstacle for genuinely trans individuals who want to present as a credible woman that this guy is intentionally presenting a caricature, thereby sexualizing the classroom environment. What they need to do is get Queens Park to enact a provision in the Human Rights Code to remove any arguable protections for egregiously freaky attire and presentation. He's not a woman first of all.Not a lawyer, but could this type of law survive a Supreme Court challenge? Sort of like the right for women to go topless...
And, you can't legislate against someone with giant boobs. There are women who do have massive, legit mammaries. No matter what they do, they likely can't hide those sweater blimps unless they opt for reduction surgery (and seriously, who would want tits that big? Imagine trying to run. Or buy a shirt/sweater/dress).
That's messed up.Bomb threats may seam drastic, but l applaud whoever it was, ...
If the law can't protect me from threat of harm, I'm taking the law into my own hands.
They're clearly getting legal advice from real lawyers that it isn't as easy as you make it seem.Labour arbitrators may be liberal minded for the most part, but not so much so that they wouldn't enforce a school dress code that prevented the wearing of prosthetic breasts, except to replace breasts that have been surgically altered or removed for medical reasons. There is no need to amend the Human Rights Code. The case will be heard at arbitration, if ever at all.
The school board is ducking their responsibility here.
Sometimes you gotta be cruel to be kind and you have to nip it in the butt. This nonsense is the culmination of all the bullying by extremist trans groups, and it's only the beginning, this is the start of a very slippery slope that's escalating fast. That's messed up.
Why threaten all the kids and teachers because what some other teacher is wearing?
