See, you just do not comprehend what trending is all about. Overall the trend is holding steady if it hovers around the 40% mark. Well you have to understand the Science behind Precision and Accuracy, especially when polls have a +/- Accuracy of around 3 - 5%!!

Look at the 2021 Elections where Trudeau once again won the Elections with 36% of the Popularity. So 40% is "Bad"?
I didnt say 40% was bad, I said the downward trend was bad.

And if the trend keeps going downward it will keep getting worse for him

This whole thing confuses me... I side with the truckers because I KNOW truckers and I feel they have done a GREAT job at being peaceful while at the same time being heard I have watched this protest from the start... I appreciate their independent streak...I just don't get WHAT the government gains by doing this... And why its so HARD for Trudeau to come down off of his high horse and JUST TALK with them.... In my mind this could be so easily solved... WHAT AM I MISSING ?
It wasn't truckers.

It was a bunch of extremists who got a few people with trucks to go along with them.
The trucking industry was against it.
The truckers union was against it.

Once again the trend is "Not Downwards" based on one time point within that graph. Do an average calculation and You will then comprehend what is "trending" with regards to the science behind it!!

The graph shows a downward trend at the time the protest started

Because all their poll numbers are going south fast, thats why
The graph shows a downward trend at the time the protest started
You are hilarious!! Trending does not take just one time point into consideration!! It is a combination of several time points!!
What makes Your posts even more contradictory is the fact that just a couple of percentage differences dos not mean that it is "Going South Fast". On the contrary they are fairly similar when you take the percentage of error of the polling into consideration. Especially if it is 3 - 5% or thereabouts. Well, but then You definitely are not either a Mathematician or a Scientist. ROTFLMAO!!

Also remember when I said the science supports ending the mandates and you disagreed??

False and False!! Once again it is NOT a "TREND". Just a single time-point does not make it a "TREND"!!

Again, show me where I stated that I disagreed with the Science in anyway? During the peak of the infections and deaths of course mandates were 100% necessary!!
Once The Science says that it is okay with the mandates being lifted in a cautious manner, then we should go by the Science!!
However, You are mistaking me with Douggie Ford Boy. Last Year in spite of his Medical experts warning against opening too early or shutting too late, he ignored their guidelines and that is why Ontario paid t he price. Maybe now You get it!!

Yes, because hurting our fellow citizens is what Canada is all about. Wow!
they have been hurting Canada ( by blocking borders) and hurting the people of Ottawa for 3 weeks ( by loudly and illegally occupying). Time to either leave or get hurt.... their choice.

OK, so here's my take on all of this:

1) Emergency powers are not required, the police can deal with all this without resorting to bank accounts, crimes bringing children there etc.
2) Nobody should ever be able to prevent other people from moving around public places, unless they have a permit. If they do, with a bit of a warning , they should be forcibly removed. Given a ticket, like a parking ticket., unless of course they get violent, then they can and should be charged criminally.

3) Who does this include? A N Y B O D Y.

Truckers blocking key access points at the border.
Truckers blocking city streets.
Illegal overnighters in public parks.
Native people blocking bridges.
Native people people blocking rail lines.
Native people blocking roads in Caledonia.
Unions blocking access to factories and workplaces.
People marching down the Gardiner to support causes in other countries or for any other reason.
People blocking the pride parade until their demands are met.

You can't pick and choose who you apply the law to, based on which side you 'like'.

He never said a single point WAS a trend, he said the trend STARTED at a single point, which is ENTIRELY correct.

You are much better at math than making coherent arguments.
