Contact tracing worked well at the strip clubs, Mr John Smith from a street with no namePeople in restaurants and bars were made to wear masks as well.
In addition many restaurants and bars had contact tracing in place, something stores dont do
Its falseI do understand about ER rooms and hospitals not getting overwhelmed. Cbc says that is starting to happen, I would like to know if that is true or not. I am against the lockdowns but I did overlook the hospitalization angle though.
What. Was that necessary? What is your point?
You should be banned for outing Ceiling Cat
Stop insulting rocky Dennis like that. You should be banned for outing Ceiling Cat
Which ones havent in your opinion??Not all of the above restaurants have closed due to COVID
Sorry, I thought you were trying to insult someone.What.
There was a movie called Mask, so I used a picture of the lead character.
Also, The Wexford. The owners were thinking about selling it at least a year ago. Last year, they asked a friend of mine if he wanted to buy it and we don't think they were joking. They seemed ready to retire. But Covid could have definitely had an effect.Which ones havent in your opinion??
I can only see one, thats Wayne Gretzky's (they were slated to close anyways because of new condo construction).
Wrong you are responsible to everyone as far as it goes to spreading a highly contagious disease that can affect people for the rest of their lives. I stay home all the time. Except for doing grocery shopping. I have an underlying condition and can't risk doing anything else. It's the people who are not following protocol that are endangering other people. It has nothing to do with who takes care of you when you're sick. It has to do with getting people sick, and yes people do get upset when someone comes to work sick and infects the office or workspace. That's selfish and irresponsible. This disease spreads very quickly and people who don't care will eventually get someone sick that they care about that could end up killing them.fundamentally this is where the disagreements happen. Whose responsibility is it?
Imo, youre wrong. Im not responsible for you. When Im sick who takes care of me? My loved ones. Did we ever blame others in the office when we got sick? Of course not.
no one is forcing you to attend dine in restaurants. You determine your own risk tolerance. As do each of us, period. Unless someone is purposely crossing the line like spitting on us, invading personal space etc.we are responsible for ourselves, period.
My parents dont see my siblings nor myself after we’ve been back on a domestic flight for 14 days as this is what my parents wish. Thats them being responsible for themselves and their own risk tolerance so we respect that.
Why can't we do it this way, those who are younger and not in a risk category, let them go out and live their normal lives. And people like you who are at risk stay home quarantined, and are given a comfortable monthly guaranteed income until the pandemic is over.Wrong you are responsible to everyone as far as it goes to spreading a highly contagious disease that can affect people for the rest of their lives. And how about the young covidiots start acting like responsible citizens putting less people at risk, the economy recovers quicker and we get back to normal quicker without the gov't having to pay out more than they already have. Don't the righties support less gov't spending? Why can't we do it this way, those who are younger and not in a risk category, let them go out and live their normal lives. How's that??
Well that what's happening now and it's not working. The pandemic will never be over because of people spreading the disease. This thing mutates and has many strains. A vaccine is not the answer. Why should I have to live my life in isolation because idiots can't follow simple rules so that older people or people with medical conditions can actually live somewhat of a life. I'm lucky. I have a cottage where I spent all summer where I could go and do whatever I wanted because people in Muskoka were following the rules and weren't acting stupid. Just small get togethers. 10 or less people it was great but I can't spend all my time there. Winter is brutal. All my family is here in Toronto and I'm not even seeing them now because my grandchildren are back in school. I'm 51 years old but have a medical condition. You sound very selfish just like the rest of the 'What about me" generation. You guys are all about yourselves and don't give a rats ass about anyone. I don't need a monthly income. I had a very successful business that allowed me to retire at 50. I wanted to enjoy the rest of my life doing things that I loved to do but that was taken away by the Pandemic. There are a lot of people like me 20-50% of non-elderly people have a medical condition and every single elderly person has one. That's a large segment of the population that would be quarantined. If all these people had to quarantine businesses would go out of business anyway. Why can't we do it this way, those who are younger and not in a risk category, let them go out and live their normal lives. I'm just curious, but if masks work so well, and you are practicing social distancing plus washing your hands regularly, how in the world could you possibly get infected?? It should be very difficult for you to catch the virus, no?I'm 51 years old but have a medical condition. You sound very selfish just like the rest of the 'What about me" generation. You also sound pretty selfish yourself and you lockdown cheerleaders have the same biased message almost brushing it in people’s faces that too bad they didn’t pick the right industry to be in during a pandemic.Well that what's happening now and it's not working.
