I love Lidia but she forgot the anchovies, it's not a Roman Artichoke without the anchovies. There's no hard boiled egg in it either, this must be a California version.

For those who are not familiar with Maestro Marcina, he helped Neil Young get his voice back after vocal chord nodules surgery in 1973.
