looking at stub hub prices, a lot of folks jumping off the bandwagon.....tix for $38 US......but I say Marc 0000000000
OK, I have stayed off the anti-Gibbons stuff for a while......and will stay off for now...........but does anyone not think that Pete Walker is a bad pitching coach......KC pitchers have a plan....our guys seem lost.

You can see the difference of what experience brings to the process from both a player and managers perspective.
The one weakness the Jays had during the season was middle relief and it is showing here in this series, especially with the loss of Cecil and with Loup being gone.
They were still in this game when it was 5 - 2. Unfortunately their bullpen depth cost them the game.
Hopefully they can win tomorrow and send the series back to KC where anything can happen. But KC has their foot on the Jays throats.
But we have next season to look foward to.I think we can fairly say that this is the low point of the season so far.

Pennington pitching gave me the comic relief I needed from watching the jays get served badly in their home turf

Baseball is a very streaky game. Back in August when we had that series with KC, you could just tell we going to win. We were on a hot streak that was hard to stop. KC was slumping. Near the end of the year, we stumbled down the finish line, while KC starting getting hot again. That was what worried me before the series started.
Wishful thinking at this point the Jays are done. Question need to be answered in the off season.
And the first one will have to be about all that foolishness after they clinched.
They have been playing from behind the eight ball ever since...

I think that guys are just not rising to the occasion, are getting nervous, etc. We seem to be blowing pitching opportunities all the time - Price, Dickey....
I haven't heard that fat lady singing yet...
Although they seem to have gotten themselves into a pickle, they still have an outside chance of beating these guys... if the Oct. 19th team shows up for today's game instead, of the Oct. 20th team.

It's hard, but you gotta keep the faith. Marco comes through today and we got Price and Stroman waiting.....a better Stroman no doubt.
Certainly hope we win game 5 so we can send our boys back to KC with a huge standing O, that they deserve!
