Speaking of useful knowledge, wasnt it you who said Stroman shouldnt be brought back this season because it'd bee too soon and he might reinjure himself. How's that prediction working out for you :wink:

First that sounds like an opinion, and I stand behind it. The fact that he didn't injure himself doesn't mean there was no risk. Nice try, though LOL. Maybe you could dig up what I actually said to refresh my memory.

I'll add why did he have Goins take the 1st pitch for a strike instead of lay down the bunt right away. Not being able to move runners or score them was our demise. We should be facing game 7. But at the end of the day we lost to a really really good team that is playoff tested. No shame in that. And I have high hopes for 2016.

Because after a pitcher walks two consecutive batters many people including myself would consider it foolish to try to give up an out on the first pitch you see. It's unfortunate that Goins didn't get the bunt down-he is a professional baseball player who should be able to get a bunt down, especially considering his overall skill set.
