Here
AK 47: so I have a couple of questions for you...

How many of us and how many times do we have to tell you that you are spewing puerile (yeah, look it up!) garbage before you understand?

There is a couple of dozen (or more) guys here and two ladies who really enjoy this banter and arm chair managing, do you really enjoy trying to spoil things for us? Or are you simply a dork?

Because, if you continue with what you have been doing I, for one - and I suspect many others - will just put you on ignore.

Smarten up... or is that something beyond your capacity?

Like it has been said. Long season and you were too quick to write people and the team off.

I don't know what the loup trade post was but if it was trade him I think he stands partially correct in that he was sent down to the minors.
I don't know what the Loup trade was either.

I don't recall posting Trade DA Looper!!!!

Though.....maybe....it was part of the massive trade Bautista AND Encarnacion brilliance that ak proposed?:eyebrows:

Yesterday's game is another example of why we don't need a $31 million SP. Any mediocre MLB SP would have gotten a "W" for yesterday's game and mediocre SP's don't make $31 million or even $21 million or even $11 million.

Last night pre-game show on Rogers sportsnet, Barry Davis, of sportsnet did a one on one with Jose Bautista. Did everyone kiss and make up or did the star get it wrong?
Kiss and made up...

Yes Costanza, this was all after the AA trades.

Also, why dont you post for us the Loup trade you deleted.
I know you deleted it

Even the ladies say that AK is always quick which is why they love him so much......;)

Quite the gentleman, aren't you! But certainly answers my question...:rofl:

I thought I'd give you credit for some smarts but thanks for proving me wrong! You must be closely related to one.of.a.kind... most likely another of his alter egos!

David Price is an elite proven pitcher. He deserves to be at the top end of the pay scale. If Rogers can afford it (and I think they can), pay it. Although it is about 30.97 million more than I make in a year...in my prime I could only throw about 50 mph. I think Price will stay here if we make a competitive bid. The guy wants to win and he is surrounded by winning players. He is 99-55 lifetime...a team with that win percentage wins their division every year.

By the way, I am in danger of losing my $99 ball park pass. During the leaner years, the Jays sold these upper deck passes and us old time baseball fans helped paper the house on many nights. I think they have now grandfathered us for the last couple years and have not been selling these. I highly suspect they will not be available next year - but will see. Kind of fun to walk into the sold out games and have my guaranteed seat in section 515

I wasnt the only one. I'm too lazy to go through all posts in this thread but others were calling for Gibby's and AA's head as well.

AFA Encarnacion is concerned he's come alive 2nd half of the season and good for him. Whats even better is AA made amazing trades without having to give up EE or Bautista, and obviously thats a good thing

I honestly do not recall ever making a post about Loup's demotion.
What did I write, allegedly, in this phantom post?

Nobody said that you were the only one who didn't know what they were talking about. There were a bunch of you. That doesn't make you any less wrong.

Basta with the back biting fellas.

On a lighter note: Ricci's has introduced the Chicken Colabello Sanguich. A chicken breast stuffed with mozzarella and hot capecollo, pan roasted with a slice of mozzarella on top served on a ciabatta bun with marinara sauce.

And I have my own obligation to live up to.

I predicted that Sanchez would pitch a no-no and got called out for it (I believe it was shack). It looks like it wont happen, once the Jays fulfill their destiny I must go silent for a month. Probably won't be that big a deal, the Leafs are going to suck gale force wind anyway.

This is flat out wrong. While a good offence will help you win your fair share of games, and make some of them look lopsided like last night, if you want to compete, you need an ACE. An ACE does two things for you:

1) When your offence goes through a dry spell, and you going into a losing streak, having an ACE on the bump still gives you a chance to break that losing streak if your offence continues to struggle.

2) As good as an offence we have, put them up against Clayton Kershaw and see what happens. My guess is they scratch out only 1 or 2 runs. It's crucial to have a guy like price who can go toe to toe with Kershaw in a big series, LIKE THE WORLD SERIES.
